Cancellation Policy
Because La Corte Hotel is a small boutique hotel with a limited number of rooms, cancellations can significantly impact our ability to resell a room for the same dates. For this reason, we have the following cancellation policy:
At the time of booking, the first night’s accommodation rate is charged as a non-refundable deposit. A valid credit card is required to make a reservation.
For reservations of more than one night, the remaining balance will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival date. Taxes and applicable fees are included in the reservation total.
The first night's accommodation charge is non-refundable, regardless of when the reservation is canceled.
If you cancel your reservation before arrival, the first night's accommodation charge will be retained. Any remaining eligible balance may be refunded according to the applicable reservation terms.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your reservation and do not contact us, the reservation will be considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, the first night's accommodation charge will still be charged and is non-refundable.
If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Pet-Friendly Policy
La Corte Hotel is partially pet-friendly, with select rooms available for guests traveling with pets.
Our rooms located beside or near the courtyard are designated as pet-friendly rooms. Other rooms throughout the hotel are not pet-friendly.
If you plan to travel with a pet, please contact us before booking or as soon as possible after making your reservation so we can arrange an appropriate pet-friendly room and add the applicable pet fee.
- Pet-friendly rooms are limited and subject to availability.
- One small-breed dog is permitted per reservation.
- A pet fee applies.
- Pets must be disclosed to the hotel prior to arrival.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring their pet does not disturb other guests or cause damage to the hotel or its furnishings.
Please do not bring a pet to a non-pet-friendly room. Contact us in advance so we can make sure your reservation is set up correctly.
